Adigrat University Signs MoU with EZeeTech (Taiwan) to Strengthen Energy Innovation and International Collaboration

Adigrat University, Ethiopia, and EZeeTech Co., Ltd., Taiwan, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at promoting international industry–academia collaboration in energy efficiency technology, innovation, research, and talent development.

Dr. Gebremicael Weldegebriel Kidenemariam, President of Adigrat University, who emphasized the importance of strengthening global partnerships to advance research, innovation, and sustainable development.

The collaboration was facilitated by Halefom Aregay Bisrat (PhD Candidate), Adigrat University focal person in Taiwan, and formally signed on behalf of Adigrat University by Mebrahtu Hishe Gidey (PhD), Director of International Affairs.

The MoU will support joint research, technology development, student training, internships, and innovation initiatives focused on sustainable energy and practical technology applications.

This partnership reflects Adigrat University’s continued commitment to expanding international cooperation, strengthening innovation capacity, and linking academic research with industry-driven solutions for sustainable development.
