Adigrat University Provides Training on Service Delivery Team Charter.

Adigrat University has been implementing a Service Delivery Team Charter as an internal guideline across all work units to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure that services are delivered efficiently. The charter is designed to enable tasks to be performed and measured based on key performance standards, including time, quantity, quality, and cost.

In line with this initiative, awareness-raising training was provided to committee members drawn from various operational units and offices of the University. The training aimed to strengthen understanding and ensure effective implementation of the service delivery standards.

In addition, the University’s Institutional Transformation Office conducted a focused training session on service delivery practices to further support ongoing reform efforts.

The training sessions were delivered by Mr. Hailu Gebrehiywet, Director of Education Quality Assurance, and Mr. Gebemedhin Desta, Institutional Transformation Executive, who provided practical insights on improving service efficiency and accountability within the University.

This initiative reflects Adigrat University’s commitment to improving service quality and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous institutional improvement.
